INSTRUCTIONS
The use of Hoodia in cultural and traditional settings may differ from concepts accepted by current Western medicine. If you miss a dose of this medicine and you are using it regularly, take it as soon as possible. If you do not remember until later, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule.
Take Hoodia only as directed by a doctor, pharmacist, or other health care provider.
DOSAGE
Take 3 capsules, 3 times each day, for the first 10 days. Take about 30 minutes prior to meals.
STORAGE
Store at the room temperature away from moisture, heat and sunlight. Do not use if seal is broken.
